Ever since i got off all my crazy diets to lose weight, i directed my dieting in a new direction. I now have a goal of gaining muscle mass, and to do that i need to intake double the calories i was consuming before.
high protein diet. period. Which means i get to eat more variety of food then i did before!!!! :D
Every single week i go to either: Brazilian BBQ, Mediterranean, and/or korean BBQ. Sometimes i visit all three in one week. Semi healthy, nutritious, and delicious.
hmm... good to say i have a rider that is willing to indulge with me and get fat..
even though she never lets me hear the end of it.
hand roll party at my house 1-2x a week with raw fish, sliced cucumbers, fish roe, seaweed salad, avocados, radish sprouts, roasted seaweed and rice. Super satisfying....in fact I'm probably going to want have a hand roll party tomorrow. yes please.
