There are 5 love languages that are essential to every relationship. 

Gifts-

I'm not talking about materialism. Like my love language is gifts so get me a Hermes bag to show me you love me! No. The heart of love is the spirit of giving. Little things like bringing her a flower you saw because you were thinking of her when you saw it, or bringing him his favorite snack because you know he likes them. Just any little trinket or anything that just shows that you were thinking about them.

Acts of service-

Doing something for your partner to show you care about them and want to make their life a little easier on them. 

Cleaning up after them, or making breakfast for them. Just showing ways to make their life easier.

Physical touch-

Affection and embrace. Simple hand on the small of their back, holding hands, cuddling, just to know that they desire you.

Quality time-

Them taking time just for you. Spending the day with you, taking time out of the day just to be next to you. 

Words of affirmation-

To reassure them you still desire them and love them. Just telling them out loud "i love you" and physically telling them you care, or complimenting each other  shows that your love is there and that you are stating it.

Low low

I don't know what it is about you, when we're low, I'm at my lowest. I just want to break down and cry and give up on everything that we built. 

But when we're high, I feel like I have it all, and I want to continue to grow with you and love on you. 

Start over

If I can go back into time, I would have done things a lot more differently.

But at the same time, I feel like if I had not experienced all my fails and faults I wouldn't be who I am today. That person I am today is wiser and smarter than ever, cannot say I have any regrets. 

One thing I learned. 

Never fall in love unless your willing to get your heartbroken. There is no such thing as happy endings.
