sea bass:
ingredients:
- dash of salt
- dash of sugar
- dash of cumin
- olive oil
directions:
1. preheat oven to 350
2. season fish and then wrap up
3. bake for 11 minutes then turn off oven and let sit for another 11 min in oven
4. take out, turn oven back on 350. uncover the fish and then sprinkle with a little olive oil, more sugar, dash of salt and pop that sucker back in to bake for 6 minutes.
5. voila
brussel sprouts
ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs hondashi
- brussel sprouts
directions:
1. boil water
2. throw in them sprouts and seasonings
3. boil until really really soft all way through. if you can stick your fork through it easily its ready
preheat 350
i think i wouldve prefered to use brown sugar....
wrap it UP!
pop into that oven
now, while thats baking...
moving onto the next dish~
add sugar and salt
a tbs or more of this stuff
boil until soft and mushy
after 11 minutes turn off your oven and set timer for another 11 minutes
after those 11 minutes are up take the fish out of the oven and unwrap, slap
some more olive oil sugar and salt
then leave unwrapped and pop back into oven
5 minutes in the oven will do
back to the sprouts~
removed the sprouts into seperate bowl
it actually made a yummy stock!
but we ended up so full that i just threw it away
finished product
all done with the cooking
now to the EATING!!!!
it has a scalloplike texture!
only softer and wayyyy bombdizzles
