basking on Taiwan

taiwanese minced meat and tea eggs


MINCED MEAT:
- ground pork
-shiitake mushrooms
- white wine
-soysauce
-rock sugar
- brown sugar
-scallions
directions
1. sate scllions then add rest ingredient and stir fry.


TEA EGGS
-eggs
-soy sauce
-black tea
-star anise
directions
1.boil eggs until done. peel. set aside.
2. boil soy, water, tea, and anise. turn off flame  and add eggs. soak for 30 minutes


serve over steamed white rice
