-1 whole chicken
- 15 dried dates
-10 pieces dried longan
- cup of the chinese little red berries
-1 tbs chinese cooking wine
directions:
1. boil chicken in stockpot with water. after about hour, take out the chicken and cut up the chicken, save the breast meat, and thigh meat for hainan chicken. So seperate the thigh meat and white meat onto a plate. Dump the rest of the chicken back into the stockpot.
dont forget to seperate fats and oils
2. Let the chicken stock boil for another 30 minutes. and then keep skimming the fat off the top. after 30 minutes add the herbs and wine. and let boil for like 2 hours!
after about 2 hours the soup will become a brownish color
Hainan chicken
ingredients:
-ginger( like a finger size stub)
-2 stalks of greeen onion
-salt
-oil
( EASY PEEZY!)
directions:
1. mince up the ginger like so:

3. add together
4. add salt
5. heat up some oil
6. Add oil into ginger and onion mix and then transfer chicken to a nice presentable plate and serve with rice!!
