Hiking 7/20/2012

Today i finally mustered up enough strength and energy to take on the san anita mountain again! Last week when i went hiking up there it completely kicked my ass!!! The hike starts off by going down the mountain which means that coming back means hiking up the mountain!  Going down the mountain is easy peezy....but getting back to our cars.... its like death valley.... straight hell... and on the drive back home i was nautious and queezy and had gotten heat stroke so my headache was more than i can handle... AND I had run out of water  =(

But luckily for me since the last time was my first time in a long time in engaging in any type of physical activity in a long time i knew i wasnt ready. But this time around i was more prepared and ready and just needed to break myself in the last time to be able to do this again. So now that i was more broken in i was able to hang and be able to handle myself better.

This time we made it all the way to the waterfall! which was sooo rewarding and cool!

i just wanted to strip naked and jump into it.


These people are smart for bringing swim wear and towels.

At least i did!





So we end our hike with gaining back everything we lost..... but GUILT FREE!
headed out to Ktown for some korean cold noodle, bibimbap, and ddukbokki at yu chun restaraunt!

SO WORTH IT!
